Unlike standard internal crimping, this machine is designed for cans and valves that require external gripping. It expands the production options for PET and aluminum aerosol packaging.
External crimping is used for special aerosol packaging where the valve is gripped from outside the container mouth. It is different from standard 1 inch internal aerosol valve crimping.
The tabletop body keeps the machine easy to ship and install, which is useful for overseas customers building a specialized semi-automatic line.
This function is useful for PET aerosol cans, aluminum cans and smaller packaging formats. The tooling should be confirmed according to the real valve and can mouth sample.
It can be used for small-diameter or special aerosol containers where conventional 1 inch crimping equipment may not be suitable.
Because external crimping depends heavily on container structure, trial sealing and leakage testing are important before batch production.
