This machine is used for BOV aerosol products, where the propellant is separated from the product inside the bag for cleaner and more complete dispensing.
BOV packaging separates the product from compressed air or nitrogen inside the can. This helps protect water-based formulas and improves product emptying performance.
Compressed air or nitrogen is filled first, then the valve is sealed and product is filled into the bag, helping maintain stable pressure and product quality.
The machine first charges pressure, seals the BOV valve, and then fills product into the bag. This process is different from standard one-component aerosol filling.
BOV packaging is widely used for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food sprays and water-based products because it reduces direct contact between product and propellant.
Pressure stability is critical because it affects spray quality and finished can performance. Before batch production, pressure, leakage and dispensing tests should be carried out.
